This Sauvignon Blanc has clean, brilliant straw tones with an upfront nose of gooseberry and lively mix of herbaceous flavours e.g: Grapefruit, nettle & green pepper.

On the palate you will find a full spectrum of ripe tropical fruits on the palate with well structured grapefruit acid for balance. Long smooth finish with clearly discernable peach notes.
