Tasting Notes
The wine has a medium straw colour with hints of golden hues. The aroma reminds of pear, apple and an oak-derived marzipan sweetness. During the first 4 months of maturation this wines extraordinary qualities emerged which imparted in a silky mouthfeel and elegant nose.

Hand picked between 12 February and 7 March 2003 at 22,5 - 24° Balling from 8 and 11 year old vines.
Yield: 6,2 tons/ha
Fruit was stringently sorted on a sorting table prior to crushing.
